Brand first
Before a single photo, the mark, the colours and the tone were settled, so everything after it looked like it came from one company.
Case study · Swift Recruit
Swift Recruit is a recruitment agency in Newmarket placing drivers, warehouse and office staff across East Anglia, London and the West Midlands. They needed the whole thing: a brand that looked like a serious agency, a website, photography and video of real people and real vehicles, an Instagram that posts every week, and paid campaigns for both candidates and employers. We do all of that under one roof, so they asked us.
What we made
A mark and guidelines that hold up on a van door and a LinkedIn avatar, then swift-recruit.co.uk with separate routes for employers and candidates, sector pages for driving & logistics and office & commercial, and tracked forms so every enquiry is counted.
The team, the office, drivers and vehicles, charity days. Shot in the crops we knew we'd need: wide for the site, square for the Google profile, 4:5 and 9:16 for the grid and reels.
Weekly posts and reels from our own footage, so the grid never runs dry. Meta campaigns to candidates by role and radius, Google Search for employers looking for a recruiter, retargeting on both.
How it ran
Before a single photo, the mark, the colours and the tone were settled, so everything after it looked like it came from one company.
One day with the team and the vehicles gave us the website, the profile photos and the first month of posts. We go back whenever there's something new to show.
Content goes out every week from a bank we keep topped up. Reviews get answered, the Business Profile stays current, the grid never goes quiet.
Candidates and employers want different things, so they get different ads, different landing pages and different reports. One team runs both.
