Creative is the lever
Google and Meta now do most of the bidding themselves. What you can still control is what the ad looks like and how quickly you replace it. So we built the studio into the agency instead of renting one.
Numbers that pay wages
Cost per lead, booked jobs, cost per new customer. We report on those, monthly, on one page. Reach and impressions go in the appendix if you want them.
Fixed fees, month to month
Agreed in writing before we start, never a percentage of what you spend with Google. You own every account and every file. Stop whenever you like.
